Square Mark Creative provides website design, digital design, content support, and related creative services. All services are described on our website or agreed upon in writing prior to work beginning.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information needed to complete the project

  • Supply content, images, and approvals as outlined in the project scope

  • Respond in a timely manner to requests for feedback

Delays in providing content or feedback may affect project timelines.

Payments

  • Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed

  • Prices listed do not include domain registration, hosting, advertising spend, or third-party services

  • Clients are responsible for ongoing hosting, domain, and platform costs

All payments are non-refundable once work has started.

Taxes

Client is responsible for any applicable taxes required by law. Square Mark Creative does not collect sales tax unless required.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included based on the agreed scope. Requests that fall outside the original scope may require additional fees.

Ownership

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final approved deliverables. Square Mark Creative retains the right to display completed work in portfolios or promotional materials unless otherwise requested in writing.

Third-Party Services

Square Mark Creative is not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by third-party platforms such as hosting providers, domain registrars, email services, or social media platforms.

Limitation of Liability

Square Mark Creative is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services or website.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Payment is required for work completed up to the termination date.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which Square Mark Creative’s principal place of business is maintained at the time the Agreement is entered into.
